TDS isn't the best at internet service. Speed and pricing are ok, but customer service and keeping your connection are poor. When I call customer service I expect to get someone who knows there job, not someone who say oh I don't know I will have to send a tech out to you. When I have a tech come, a 4 hour window should be plenty for them to get there, but it wasn't. Each rep I spoke to would say something completely different than the last.
