The absolute worst experience in my life.
Frontier sold me service at a certain price and then gave me something completely different at 50% more! When I contacted them they told me that the product they had sold me didn't exist and that there was absolutely nothing they would do. When I pointed out that this was bait and switch and in fact fraud, they told me "this happens all the time"... So they rip people off "all the time"... Good to know!
I then attempted to escalate this to a supervisor who offered to open an investigation into my issue and agreed to apply some credits on my account for the time being until this could be resolved. The following month they took these credits away and I never heard back from this "investigation". When I followed up they told me that "it must not have been found in my favor". I immediately requested details and support of this determination and they told me that they "don't maintain written documentation related to their investigations"...??
I then stopped getting a response from anyone at Frontier, so I went to their social media accounts to try to get a response. They then blocked me.
Now I've turned to the Attorney General and Frontier is lying and misrepresenting what happened to make me look like I'm the bad guy here when all I want is for them to stand behind what they sold me!
The absolute worst company on the face of the planet. They know that they ave a monopoly in many areas and they abuse take advantage of that to abuse every one of their customers.
What I want to know is, if this "happens all the time", how many other customers have been similarly ripped off?
