Phone and Internet service has been out for two and a half weeks. Customer service is terrible. Have had to place numerous calls. They say send us a help ticket but that is kind of hard when you live in an area with little to no cell service and have to rely on wifi. Ironic right? Have been waiting on a tech for over a week. Price is way too high for a non-existent or unstable service. I would not recommend Frontier to anyone for anything.
Actual garbage internet, my husband relies on stay-at-home work and comcast chooses to "thank us" for overpaying for their service by shutting off our internet multiple times a day at seemingly random and refusing to help us when we call unless we purchase one of THEIR modems that are specifically built to throttle the supposed high speed internet we pay for and this experience with xfinity has been consistent for me and all of my friends for 10+ years. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!
