While things started out great with a constant 800+mbps over the last 8 months we have had almost daily outages on our internet making us wonder why we’re paying for the “service” at all as the have ad to manually restart both the router and modem almost daily
Suddenlink constantly goes out. Called multiple times never repaired just tries to help on the phone. Had to wait on hold over 30 minutes. Disconnected and will not prorate bill was charged for almost whole month and refused to turn off until end of billing cycle. Save your self a headache and get internet somewhere else. This internet is garbage!
