Absolutely terrible customer service. Technicians that are supposed o set up your internet just leave a modem on your porch and make you call someone in a different country who has poor English, and hope they can walk you through the process. All this after making you pay to have a technician come to your home to do nothing but drop off a modem. The real kicker is you have to wait for them at your house from 830-430 pm but they don’t want to actually go in your house to do their job. It’s no wonder everybody talks poorly about them and their service, get your internet elsewhere.
