The customer service is alright, they need some improvements on it. Overall they are a great service & the speeds are great, I hope we will get Xfinity Fiber in my area soon or update the DOCSIS in my area to get better upload & download speeds. If they have an outage they get onto it the right way & get it fixed before the end of the day. If you have a problem with your internet they will fix it as best as they can over the phone or if you have problems with your speed or not getting what you want they fix that as best as they can, if you still have problems on it they try another way to fix it.

We have had Comcast for years. For the most part the fee stays the same though it seems a bit high for internet service. One time they called and offered to bundle the package to save on the monthly bill. We still had satellite for TV. At one point they sent equipment because of the bundle situation. We tried to return it to the cable office which was a huge hassle because of the location since we had satellite TV. We no longer "bundle" but pay a bit more for just internet. We rarely have interruptions and it seems to work rather quickly.

Our internet is just fine but would consider another for a cheaper price. Something faster would be best.
