Worst service I have ever had from any company! Our telephone and internet were out of service for 60 days. According to CenturyLink they were waiting for a permit from the state to run a cable under the state highway. Meanwhile, I have had to call, chat, and email, many times to get credit for the days we were out of service. Many of the representatives are nearly impossible to understand and apparently there is no communication between the different areas of the company. For a communications company, they have the worst internal communication I've have ever witnessed. So sorry this is my only option for a landline.
