Spectrum service is very slow and very spotty oh, they charge an astronomical amount for substandard service. If you are late even a day they will shut you off with no wiggle room as to your bill. They will not care if you are a student or a healthcare worker or if you cannot pay your bill on time. They have an automatic shut-off and most of the time as a service is not spotty it does not work or drops out and you have to be in a 5 to 6 radius from the motive we have in order for anything to actually work. When I asked him about that, they said the network is spotty today but they will have it fixed soon I have asked them several times this the fourth time I would have asked them why the Wi-Fi is not working and they can't give me a straight answer.

Worst service, certain channels I pay for do not work wifi very slow. If there was another service provider I would switch. Unfortunately in this area you don't have much choice. Very expensive for service the poor service they offer
