From day one I have gotten service not one complete show or movie that does not stomp to buffer. I received service in December. Now have had tech out 3 times which extremely nice man however told wire on the inside…….well had all brand new wires to the modem and guess what surprise surprise surprise Still no service that is consistent. Yet they want to bill me every single month when in 4 months roughly I may have had a total of week and half of Wi-Fi It’s the craziest thing I ever seen And they do nothing to try make it better but send a tech out that charges since wire on the inside. Ok my bad we will replace that…..now what same problem?? What gives with this company. Not talked to one person with good experience with this company. Unbelievable. When will e have people stand behind their product ever again??
