Switched from AT&T to Xfinity for internet service and scheduled an appointment two weeks before moving to my new address. During the online signup, their system said service is available at my address, no issues at all. On the appointment day, technician came and said no signal coming into my unit due to cable/line/infrastructure issues and he could do nothing on that day. Asked me to schedule a new appointment for another day. Called their helpdesk the next day and told the next available date was two weeks away. Had no choice (I was still working from home and need the internet to work) but to cancel their service and switched back to AT&T. Got internet from AT&T two days after the switch-back.
