They start out very reasonable and claim speed of 300 Mbps. Once you are hooked you find out that the first price increase will hit you just a couple of months after signing up. Before the twelve months are up, another price increase is awaiting you. Spoke to several of my relatives and friends who had the same thing happening to them. Download speed never exceeded 94 and download around 11.Never close to claimed 300 mbps.Their technicians are very good.

for the price you pay , its horrible either i lost internet connection or channel menu is bad. cannot access the channels without unplugging spectrum box which is about once a week all this for $200 a month they tell you that you have all these channels but in reality it's a copy of several channels one in HD and other is not . For example if your subscribed for 350 channels but really it's only 155

Their second most affordable plan is does not have HD channels. It does not have good channels there's only twenty of the one fifty channels good channels. And my service has dropped for about two-five minutes at a time on four different occasions in the eight months I've had them. The Internet was fast. No complaints there.
