Speed tests don't usually catch intermittent latency spikes. The service is plagued with them, especially during peak hours, and tech support refuses to acknowledge their existence. These spikes make gaming impossible, and streaming is almost always pixelated and/or boggs down completely. Tech support says these spikes must be the game server's, or the streaming service's fault, but I have had the same issue for any game and any streaming service from youtube, to hulu, amazon, netflix, etc.
If you don't game, and you don't stream, then go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.
