Have been an AT & T customer for over 20 years. Was recently out of town and went into the retail store to get two new phones on upgrades. Was advised by the rep that the better deal would be BOGO free and add a new line. Ended up paying much more when the bill came due. I was never advised of any fees or charges and, in fact, left the store after 2.5 hours that day with my phones still in their box because the computers were down and they could not set them up. I called cs several times and the rep said only a manager could help. No manager would ever call me back. Finally i called and held for a mgr. They said I was done wrong but they couldn't help me. I guess my $400 for over 20 years is not important to them. I will be leaving and taking my family and others with me. Be careful if you choose this company...ask lots of questions when buying.
