We had a tech named Tucker come to fix our Internet yesterday. He was fabulous. He fixed our problem due to a storm this weekend. He was unbelievably patient and spent the time to help us extend our usage to our pool and shop by showing us how to utilize our service. If all techs were as good as Tucker, every customer would be thrilled. Thank you Tucker.

The speeds with an ethernet cable are insane, I can easily rack up 600 Mbps for upload and download. Highly recommended. Only problems are that the service isn’t exactly the best. came in saying they needed to fix something, ended up making the wifi for the next month keep going in and out. Its fixed now and the speeds are great.
