The installation guy let the wires dangle on the side of the house I never should have tipped him The speeds are upload like 2 and 3 max It horrible I entendres my plan to 150 mb bc I was so annoyed that they drop the speed after you reach your limit .. save yourself the grief .. when I upped to the higher plan into month 2 NONE of the original discounts applied bunch of garbage I paid 193$ the first month and then 191 month 2…would not at all have a problem with this viasat if streaming was even viewable Very poor and the guy said they use this viasat ( haha ) for our military we’d be shot down I’m dissatisfied and disappointed and upset and annoyed very much UGH
