When I called I got Rebecca Shields she sounded busy. Other phones where ringing in the background I also could hear her typing on her computer and I had to repeat myself a couple times. Made an appointment for installation but they just showed up whenever they wanted to anyways. When contacting her asking what was the point of an appointment when they show up whenever they want? I never got a response back. Internet has not worked for a couple of times now for a couple hours. I don’t feel like my time was respected nor feel valued as a customer.
