I don't usually write reviews on anything but in this case I have had enough. I have had Sunset Digital service for 4 or 5 years now and have had nothing but problems with phone and TV. Internet seems better than what I previously had. It started with TV picture locking up on several different channels sometimes channel going out completely. Then the sound would quit then back on then back off. I called their customer service number many times over those years and was left on hold for 30 minutes then told they were all busy in that department and they would have someone call me back. Never happened! Sometime when I called in to report a problem I was told the problem had to be on my end. They told me to go to the store and buy new TV hookup cables. Tried that - still didn't work right. Finally in Oct. 2018, they sent a Tech to my house and he replaced everything they had installed. New boxes new wiring new optical cards (?) That had no effect on the problem. Tech guy told me the problem had to be on Sunsets end of the chain. He also mentioned people were stopping him on the street complaining about the same problems. He again reiterated the problem was on Sunsets end. Called back and finally talked to Tech Dept. They told me they were working on the problem. Should be fixed in a day or two. 4 years later they still haven't fixed the problem yet the monthly bill has been steadily increasing from the rate I signed up for. Notifying the BBB doesn't seem to carry any wait. I contacted the FCC and they were very interested in the situation and I gave them all the details. I just want what was advertised and what I'm paying for. If you have any reasonable alternative for TV, phone, and internet, then what Sunset offers but does not provide, TAKE IT!!
