Occasional issues with Internet, but for the most part was ok. The real issue is the customer service - they are the WORST! I tried to do things online, but it doesn't go through, so you have to call in. Took 4 calls and more than 45 minutes to accomplish what I wanted, and was excruciatingly frustrating. They don't listen and/or don't understand. They read scripts and/or talk continuously so you can't ask a question. When you finally get a chance, they interrupt you to answer before you finish the question - and don't answer the right question. When you try to ask again, they get hostile. Just an unpleasant experience.
Xfinity is a monopoly and they know it. Watch your bill rapidly climb as non existing out sourced customer service and connectivity decrease, just use your phone r tab for internet if you can do it or you will be overcharged indefinitely
When it works it is fine. When it doesn't, good luck. Tech support is useless. On-site technicians are a mixed bag but if you want the speed you pay for, expect some pushback on doing anything and expect to be informed it will probably cost you additional $$
