It’s like a night mare trying to get anything done with xfinity. They are cheating scammers. Don’t get xfinity Now for 20$ a month, they never give you the channels you pay for and they make you spend 2 hours trying to get it removed from your account. They are the absolute worst!!!
I pay for 1200 mb internet been getting 4-8% of that and keep rebooting box no help, TV is all pixel's and delays. Made appointment, they cancelled it on me. I called and asked why and they said due to an outage on the 28th and they assumed it was from that. NO I made the appointment on the 29th! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I pay $300 a month and getting no cable or internet.
Customer service seems purposefully insulting. The individuals do their best bur xfinity must hamstring them so they are forced to do a insufficient job. They try to make you any communication via chat which is a poor method to communicate when you are trying to figure out why the service isn't working. They are clearly trying to communicate with multiple customers at once. A phone call would be much quicker, but it is a pain to reach a human (I talk to the bot and then after 15 minutes it hangs up on me). The chat quits trying to figure out the problem before they even ask the right questions and then they try to schedule a visit by a tech which will cost $100. Make them give you a phone call and they have the wrong department call (mobile phone) and it automatically disconnects the chat (even tho I told them repeatedly not to disconnect; it is continuously trying to end the chat by acting like you are not participating when you are actually waiting for the chat agent to get back to you.) It is horrible what xfinity does to these workers and to its customers.
