Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I had been talking with different representatives for two months trying to get some Xfi Pods exchanged because they wouldn't work.
I had an employee verify they didn't have the firmware downloaded on them, so they wouldn't work. After being told multiple times they would be exchanged, I finally got someone saying they wouldn't exchange them.
A huge waste of time and it was a joke dealing with them. As long as you don't have any problems, they are fine to work with.
