Century Link no longer cares about the quality of service. For almost 2 years now, my internet is down at least 3 to 4 days every 6 weeks. I have spent unnecessary time having to call the company and never once is the problem on their end according to them. I have had to request multiple work orders and at least 4 modems in the last year. The service men has been very helpful and as fast as humaningly possible considering they have cut the man power in the area where I live (Galax, Va). I'm beyond disgusted with this company!!! Hello Mr. Glen Post III, CEO. I suggest you wake up! I have at least 7 residents that live near me and all are having the same issues with this company. Contacts have been made to other internet providers in a team effort to get the service we pay for monthly. It's time to take action against this company.
