Speeds are less than 1 meg most days, have seen as high as 2 maybe once a month. Speeds have consistenly slowed over the past several months. Frequent outages with no estimates on repair. Last time a tech was out they left the cover off the box in my yard. FYI, you have to REQUEST an adjustment to your bill for outages, and they have to APPROVE it. This company shows NO evidence of valuing residential customers.
