they have the monopoly in my area otherwise I would have gotten rid of them years ago. My WiFi keeps disconnecting, my iPhone won't connect when I return to the house Service techs keep trying to make it my fault. Infuriating.
We have had Xfinity now for 5 months, and recently at best have been getting download speeds of around 25-40. We're paying for a plan that says we'll get "up to 400 mbps" for download speeds. We've NEVER seen that. We both work from home, and are constantly frustrated, but don't have many other provider choices where we live. Ugh.
