have been with Xfinity TV since 2015. Comcast broadband since 1990. They have both come along way with positive improvements. just had Joseph, one of their SR techs out to resolve a TV issue. Outstanding service. Their overseas help desk (exception Philippines) is horrible. Local store, local tech and domestic help desk are excellent.
My family has stayed with this company because of it's reliability and (relative) affordability throughout the years. It's nice that TV, internet and phone are on the same bill, through the same company
