No problems for the past 10 years until earlier this year. The last few months I've had frequent connection drop-offs anywhere from once every few hours to several times an hour. Websites stop loading or freeze up, streaming disrupted, etc. Have tested everything on my end, and it's not a computer, router or modem issue. Spent hours in live chat with Xfinity only to have them eventually tell me that they had found and corrected some technical issues affecting my area. Their fix lasted about 36 hours, and now it's worse than ever and I'm totally fed up but am going to have to waste more time with their crappy customer service trying to convince them that there is a problem and it's on them to fix it.
