Our development is stuck with Mediacom due to builder relationship with Mediacom. The service provided, and the speed provided is absolutely horrendous and we have been complaining to them for years. They honestly don’t care and raise rates constantly. We have Internet only and it goes up monthly. strictly Internet is up to $130/MONTH!! RIDICULOUS!!
TV and connected apps are good, but the reliability and customer service is not good. Lots of issues with equipment malfunctions which interrupt you service and you have to wait a couple of days to have a technician come out. However, once you have a live technician in your home they seem knowledgeable and able to fix the problem. I've had to replace 3 cable boxes and have technician come out 3 times in last couple of years. Twice in last year. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with Xfinity about problems.
