Internet had a glitch most likely due to a big power outage tho! Tech was fast and efficient!!! Less then 30min total to fix issue! They gave me a great deal (before outage) for intenet and mobiles too!!

I've had my gripes with Spectrum, as I think their marketing and especially their pricing can be a little shady. But I do have reliable service with them, and I recently had a technician come out to fix some recent spottiness in my connection that came up, and I have to admit they were prompt and friendly and fixed the issue right away - and now my internet is back up and running like new. I'm happy with the service. My "promotional pricing" is up in about 8 months. We'll see whether they're open to negotiating with me when I tell them I'm planning to switch for lower pricing. My guess is they'll work with me.

Sitting here in the spectrum store, there are many customers waiting and people just leave the customer service workers. Just look at us and walk away. You have men who work here who think that they know what they’re talking about trying to mansplain and just being plain rude when a person wants to disconnect service, I shouldn’t have to go through a full questionnaire. I should just get what I’m asking done spectrum sucks.
