Staying connected is a daily struggle with Centurylink here in Crawfordville, Florida. Service personnel have been on site several times but simply cannot fix the problem of my losing internet connection. The foreign customer service via phone is even worse. I would change but don't have any good options where I Ilive. This company has the worst customer service I have experienced.
Comcast offers decent speed but they need to improve on Customer Service and Pricing. Where I live they charge an arm and a leg for their internet service even when you bundle. They need to train their customer service reps to be more knowledgeable about their products and to not read pre-screened scripts to customers with issues.
