Xfinity has very poor customer service. I was initially on the phone for an hour and was told to wait an hour for a call back that I never reviewed. This started the pattern of calling and talking with new people, the call was getting dropped, some ppl transferred me….Every person you speak too has a language Barrier where they can’t find English words to explain to you your situation. It is hard to get any help. I spent 10 hours on the phone trying to get it activated and it’s still not done. The stores don’t take calls anymore so the woman who initially helped me was out of reach and I felt hopeless. They need better training. I understand accents just fine, the issue was they could not properly communicate what they needed of me due to lack of better words.
