AT&T has the worse customer service than any other Internet Provider. The people that 'invite' you into switching to AT&T are real con artist. I was promised my contract for life would only cost me $50.00 Plus tax a month. My first bill, $60.00 plus tax. AT&T explanation, It must have been a misunderstanding, They didn't have any plans for $50.00. Two years later, my bill goes up again, they said the promotion I was enrolled in expired.

I'm very surprised about how many outages cox has. I live on the outskirts of Lafayette and did not have outages when I has hughesnet.. I only changed to get away from the satellite. Definitely have to fine another service provider

Xfinity is all we can get other than AT&T which is an absolute NO. Our Internet constantly goes in and out and tv reception is janky. Overpriced and understaffed as they’ve always been.
