I have been a customer of Verizon FiOS: internet, television and phone services for several years. I have enjoyed the incredible fast internet speed and excellent television program viewing options with little to no interruption to services. When I go to friends and use their internet I often feel bad for them for their incredible slow disruptive, often delayed internet interruption and variable, unpredictable upload/download internet speeds. I have searched for lower cost (cheaper internet, television and phone services service in the past and have switched back to Verizon because of the options such as bundles or no contract terms etc., all with excellent customer service at no additional costs.
