I have Comcast in my area and have had it for over a year now. The customer service when I first signed up was terrible - I spent an hour on the phone signing up after I couldn't do it online. Then found out the order never went through! I had to call again and they didn't want to give me the online price discount. They finally did but instead of a year contract it was only six months (I discovered this when I noticed my bill went up). I called back and got another "deal" and it too was supposed to be for a year but found out again in six months it wasn't. I got another "deal" (this time the price went up a little) but I did finally get a year service. I have only lost service maybe for a couple hours one time so I have been happy with that aspect of it.
