We switched from Comcast to Verizon because we rolled off a bundle and we were having issues with our internet and cable. The door-to-door Verizon guy promised to give us a much better price. We had a special cable package, phone and fast internet speeds. Then, we rolled off of our bundle. Our bill was ridiculously priced, so we discounted our phone and got rid of all of our special stations. Plus, we reduced our internet speed, which the man reassured me would not affect a family who uses the internet frequently for wireless devices and for me to work from home as a writer. The internet is now slow, especially when we have three or four people on it at one time, and I have multiple browsers up. The price is still more than what they said. We've called so many times, but it just doesn't seem to help.
