I have been an Xfinity customer for 33 years. My bill is outrageous and it keeps going up. I have called customer service many times and I get the same answer. Your plan no longer exists. In order to keep what you have now itwould cost even more. How is that possible? The bill is now over $330.00 I could lease a car for less than that. (That is if you can get a representative! For a communication company they are very hard to communicate with!!!) I wish a comparable company would come along because I would switch in a minute.
