The only thing that makes the connectivity and slow speeds worst is the rude, arrogant and uncaring customer service. The provider is better off not having customer service. I initially went with ViaSat because of their enormous footprints of government contracts. But then again $5k hammers are bought by government. Ended up using 5G hotspot and now Us New Internet out of Homestead. So far blazing speeds and just a few connectivity issue. Excellent customer services (John) but Tech services are strictly español only.
Century link’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Disrespectful, lack of English language availability, horrible website/chat-bot capabilities.

I have never dealt with a company that gives you the run around as much as this company. I have never been able to log into one of my accounts and it doesn't matter how many times I call, the person that attempts to help me NEVER know what they are doing. They may be polite, but they are not taught how to handle technical problems. As soon as I finish paying off my phones I am leaving this company.
TIP: Study all the other companies first and leave this one until the end.
