T-Mobile’s fiber internet isn’t as well-known as its cellular and 5G home internet services. The company still has some growing to do in the fiber internet market, but it should see some huge gains with the acquisition of Metronet and Lumos.

T-Mobile Fiber doesn’t have introductory rates, annual contracts, or data caps. Plus, new customers can try the 1 Gig and 2 Gig plans for free for 30 days—the standard rate applies afterward. For now, the fastest plan you can get is 2Gbps, which provides plenty of speed for larger households with a lot of devices that need internet connections.

I replaced Optimum as my ISP with T-Mobile when it became available, and I have never regretted doing it. I don’t have constant price increases, and I don’t have to call every year to cancel my service to get a reasonable price for the service.
