The customer service is terrible and they would say anything from the Retention or Loyalty to sign up for an annual contract, even if it’s a lie. I’m extremely upset about the overpricing after the annual promotion expires and you don’t realize it for 1-2 months trying to figure out why your bill was higher than usual. All I have to say is that they are overpriced with subpar customer service. I wouldn’t recommend xfinity to anyone. Better off with another service provider to save the money and headaches.
