Worst customer service and internet cuts out at least 5 times per week. If you work from home, expect to be using a hotspot very frequently. Every time we get a technician in person (good luck scheduling, it takes a couple hours just to get someone on the phone. I would recommend calling their marketing department and having them transfer you, it’s the only way to speak to an actual person), it ends with no resolution and I have yet to receive any compensation for not getting the services we pay for. Save yourself stress and money and use a different service. After 2 years of dealing with them nothing makes me happier than spending my money elsewhere.
The service is slow and not close to the speeds you pay for in this area. They use to be one of the best providers for years, but now their network is not stable and reliable, and the speeds are not even 60 % of what you pay monthly.
Comcast/XFinity uses the "fine print" to scam you out of money. Be sure to read VERY WELL every single document you ever sign with them, even with them on the phone, because they'll take every opportunity to use it against you, and they won't inform you about its content.
