I have never written a review on anything but after my spectrum experience I am. My service in store annd over the phone had to be the worst example of customer service. Many hours spent in store where we were told this was the first time he had to do what we were requesting he didn’t know what to do. He was helping several customers while trying to help us, kept apologizing for not knowing what to do while his manager stood there and gave almost little direction. We left with our situation still not taken care of and told we needed to call Spectrum to fix their mistake. I did, mistake after 2 calls is still not corrected. Regretting leaving T-mobile..

Service is decent, but support is truly horrendous for what we pay, and their cellphone service, is horrific, want to miss calls, want to be forced a phone when they have multiple other and you want one they have but are told it isn't in stock, yeah then why display it. Phones cost far more than anywhere else except prepaid. Pricing, they love to jack prices and cut speeds, unless you bundle/add on another service. Speed, decent but VERY inconsistent.
