Forget trying to get Xfinity to resolve any issues. I'm 2 days into concerns about my wi-fi speed wreaking havoc on my ability to do simple things like watch Roku and very minimal internet stuff. TV no longer works...have called ROKU and they say to call ISP (Xfinity) to check speed. It's a rat race trying to speak with a person and even then you have no resolutions. I'm gonna search for another ISP in my area and hope to get lucky...not sure why (all of a sudden) my service has been less that consumer friendly. Throtteling maybe? Not sure.
