We recntly moved to a new area and choose Frontier for our internet. We have had the worst experience with their customer service. Since we started our service with them the billing has been a nightmare from the beginning. The second month they added a late fee for the previous month that was paid on time, Though they took the late fee off the bill, I had to call them every month because they only carried the fee over to the next month. Ater getting that problem resolved. One customer service rep changed the plan without our consent. Which increased our current bill. When contronted about the increase they said I agreed to make the change which I did not do. They agreed to change the plan back to what we had, however the plan had an increase so we would have to pay more anyway. We had a bad experience with Spectrum as well at one point and swore we would never use them again. As another person said in their review. We may have to swallow our pride and see what packages they can offer.
