Terrible service all around. I've had an open complaint for lack of internet service for nearly a year. They've come out to our shop several times, and said the problem is elsewhere. Still, they do not fix it. They call me constantly to sell me more services when the ones I have don't even function. Obviously, I've switched. It's just hilarious. They refused to credit our account for the lack of internet service for literally Months. What a joke!
Me and my husband have been with Comcast a little over a year now and for the most part it's been pretty good. We haven't had too much of a problem with their customer service compared to other service providers, Although for some reason things seem to work out better when i talk to them rather than my husband. So sometimes you might have to be a little assertive with them. They've always gave refunds when we were not charged right on the dates they said they would and they've always tried to explain things that go wrong to the best of their abilities so customer service with them is actually very nice. Their High speed Internet works great and the wireless modems they have available work very well to! Overall very satisfied with the service and "product" received from them!
