We’ve had Xfinity ( Comcast) for many many years. Only because they basically have a monopoly in my area. There are very few choice. In the past we’ve had their cable service, internet and phone. Now only internet because we’ve found better value elsewhere. Their customer service is abysmal. Over the years I have had a couple of good customer service agents., but generally it’s a process to get to a real person and even harder to find someone who can help you. Continual service interruptions, over and over. Daily for a while, then it works again, then interruptions again. Of course, not their fault…. Upgrade the equipment, the service, the speed, buy additional equipment. Which we did and it still sucks. Very frustrating. If there was another viable option I’d switch in a heartbeat.
