I was with another internet/phone provider which was terrible I thought until I switched to AT&T. I was promised hi speed unlimited internet speed. And when you talk to customer service, they'll keep you on hold forever and still cannot give you a straight.
Spent the last 2 weeks trying to connect services and problem after problem arose. Ive spent probably close to 18hrs on the phone with at&t and they finally gave up and actually told me to use a different provider because they cant seem to fix my issue.
