Customer service is bad. They got me waiting for service all day. Unfortunately there are not many choices. I am thinking about spectrum. I had bad experience in the past with time Warner. Any improvement since spectrum took over time Warner?
Was lied to by Jeff he said att would take care of our last bill from Verizon but they did not then he gave me his supervisor num tammywolson who would not answer or return my calls do not waste time with these people
