HORRIBLE customer service. Buyer beware. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone in an unsuccessful attempt to get a service tech to come out to check a problem with one of our cable boxes. Two "service" representatives who each continually interrupted me and required me to give my account number and 4 digit pin multiple times. I finally gave up and will be cancelling after being a customer for over 15 years.
So sad that Earthlink will no longer be able to provide my internet service through Spectrum. The contract they have with Charter runs out October 30 and I was just given notice - not long to make a decision about what service to use now. I've been a Mindspring/Earthlink customer since the service was launched in Atlanta many years ago and I love my mindspring email address. It's unique!
