Signal strength and consistency was initially good but drastically deteriorated. Service is deplorable. After several calls over several months, problems have not been addressed. I highly recommend trying to find an alternative Wi-Fi provider.
Terrible service, we have fiber which is supposed to be the fastest and “best” yet every other week the internet goes out for hours or days at a time, technicians will come out to “fix” the issue and then it’ll go out again, the people on the phone said the best they could do was take $6 off our bill because of the inconvenience even though we are missing work because my fiancé and I work from home. Switching plans as soon as possible
I have the gold plan and am stuck with it for 2 years because their customer service person lied stating that it was hood for anything but in reality this is unusable. I cannot watch YouTube or anything
