Fast internet. Way overpriced. We canceled our service one day into the new billing service and were still charged for the whole month. We were customers for 7 years and are very pleased with our new providers. So glad we left spectrum. Your bill will sky rocket on you with Spectrum if you don't pay attention to it. We will never go back to Spectrum and would never recommend them to anyone.

I can't rate the speed because the boxes they sent do not work and I cannot get hold of live help to replace them. Their automated system is garbage and sends you in circles. I had to act like a customer looking for service to get live help, then the person I spoke to can't help me, all they can do is sell you more junk!

Spectrum is the king of teaser rates and then nailing you later. You have to watch closely when they sneak in their increases. New customers get subsidized by loyal ones. They refuse to negotiate figuring you won't move your service, an arrogant position. The service overall is better than it used to be.
