Spectrum constantly has outages in our area. I Received a text message today regarding another outage in addition to the one that occurred two weeks ago. I called to get a credit and was directly told there was no outage in my area, even though I received a text message from spectrum. Your customer representative was not understanding and told me I was demanding even though I am a customer who undergoes outages all the time. I found it to be very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that everything channels through her And the manager would tell me the same thing. How unprofessional is that!!? Here’s an example of the service. We have a flower box that has a cable running at least 100 yards on the ground To our neighbors house that was never buried. It’s constantly getting in the way and should be buried. When I brought a tick out to have that checked out, they were told another group does this. Why isn’t SPECTRUM following through with their work to ensure everything is done properly?
