Very unprofessional troubleshot internet issues for 5days was determined that my old modem failed sent new modem to wrong address tracked it down called for help setting it up because I had no DSL light new modem couldn't be configured made repair tkt wait from 8-5 never showed no phone call or update had to reschedule for a different day very unprofessional if they weren't the only company that service my area I drop them like a hot potato
The internet is mostly good though there are outages. What gripes me is the exorbitant amounts they charge and how they are constantly making you enlist in yearly or biyearly contracts that constantly raise your prices for the same product. This makes your bill unstable. Plus they cap and charge your data. Inflation is 5% a year but xFinity goes up 10% a year at least. You can't just have an account and forget it unless you don't mind paying thousands extra.
